Despatch

Delivery
Mainland UK deliveries for TIANA Organic Virgin Coconut Oil & Organic Coconut Flour are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.
For other products we work out overall cost for delivery by weight. The delivery charge includes the cost of any packaging and will be laid out in your basket when you add the products.
Orders to most addresses within the UK using our Standard Delivery service are usually delivered within 5 working days.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses of any kind.
All orders our shipped via Royal Mail. For express service, please feel free to contact Customer Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided by you. You may specify a delivery address other than your home address.
The products will be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with our obligations if they are delivered to the specified address.
If you fail to accept delivery of or fail to collect the products within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to recover any wasted delivery and re-delivery charges from you or from the payment that you have already made in respect of the goods.
If your order exceeds the allowed weight we will contact you and advice the correct postage rate. Extra charges may apply for delivery to remote areas.
We do not guarantee that all delivery services are available to all parts of the United Kingdom. Delivery times are given for guidance only and we are not responsible for delays caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.
Worldwide delivery
Shipping to Europe and Worldwide customers.
Because the cost of shipping goods to countries outside of the UK varies significantly, it is difficult for us to establish a fair fixed shipping price.
The shipping cost of orders will be calculated by the weight of the products ordered and the county of delivery and presented to the buyer with the shipping options and charges. Send an e-mail to Customer Service advising what you would like to order and we will respond with a quotation including shipping charges, pending your approval.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with Customs of their country with regard to the import permits, duties and taxes. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason we will not issue you a refund.
Important: Delivery timescale do not include any time that your country's Customs may hold the package. If you have not received your package after the allowed period, check with your Customs.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
Returns policy & cancellation
We guarantee that you will enjoy the quality and taste of our TIANA products.
However, should you feel it necessary to return products we guarantee you a refund or a replacement.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched your products you can notify us by e-mail to Customer Service. If, however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Once you receive delivery of the products, you have seven days to cancel your order subject to the following: E-mail to Customer Service within seven working days of receipt of your order and specify the products you wish to return together with Order Reference Number.
We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. All products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition together with their original packaging within seven working days.
Please make sure that you have proof of postage when sending the products back as we are not responsible for return postage or liable for lost parcel.
If there is any problem with the product delivered you must notify us by email to Customer Services within three days of the delivery. We cannot accept any return without a Returns Authorisation Number. We do ask that damaged product is returned to us unopened within seven days via Royal Mail (Recorded). We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if you fail to comply with the above terms.
Substitutions
TIANA Ltd reserves the right to substitute products of similar or greater value if for any reason the products listed on the web site are not available .
Force Majeure
TIANA Ltd will make every reasonable effort to meet the despatch date offered. TIANA Ltd shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, embargoes, wars, riots, failure or delays in transportation, compliance with laws or regulations, securing necessary export licences or other causes beyond the control of TIANA Ltd.
