Apricot and coconut smoothie

Ingredients:
250ml TIANA coconut cream
30-55 dried apricots, chopped
handful of ice
1 tbsp honey

Method:
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor then blend until combined and smooth.
2. Pour into a tall serving glass and serve at once.

Mango and coconut smoothie

Ingredients:
300ml TIANA coconut cream
2 tsp icing sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 mango, diced
1 tsp water
2 slices of mango and 2 mint leaves, to serve

Method:
1. Whisk the coconut cream lightly.
2. Fold in the icing sugar and cinnamon to combine.
3. Place into a blender along with diced mango and water then blend to combine.
4. Pour into a glass and garnish with mango and mint leaves to serve.

Strawberry and coconut smoothie

Ingredients:
300ml TIANA coconut cream, very lightly whipped
450g strawberries, washed and hulled
2 passion fruit, pulp only
2 scoops strawberry ice cream
a dash of strawberry liqueur (optional)
2 whole strawberries to garnish

Method:
1. Place the strawberries in a blender, ready to purée.
2. Pass the passion fruit pulp through a sieve to get rid of the seeds and add the pulp to the strawberries and blend to a purée.
3. Add coconut cream, ice cream, liqueur then blitz for a few seconds and pour into tall glasses.
4. Serve with a straw and a strawberry.

Coconut and orange smoothie

Ingredients:
150 ml TIANA coconut milk
1 juice of one orange
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Method:
1. Place the coconut milk, orange juice, honey and yogurt in a blender.
2. Blitz to combine.
3. Pour the resulting smoothie into a tall glass and serve.

Coconut nectarine smoothie

Ingredients:
250 ml TIANA coconut milk
300 g lemon sorbet
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 ripe nectarines, peeled and diced

Method:
1. Pour coconut milk into a food processor; add half the lemon sorbet and process until combined. Add the remaining sorbet and process until smooth.
2. Gradually add mango and nectarines and process until smooth.

Caribbean smoothie

Ingredients:
300 ml TIANA coconut milk
100 ml pineapple juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut to decorate
140 g frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced and frozen

Method:
1. Put coconut milk, pineapple juice and sugar in a food processor and process gently. Add mango and process well.
2. Add the frozen pineapple chunks and banana slices and process until smooth. Sprinkle over some grated coconut and decorate the rims with fresh pineapple wedges.

Coconut and mixed fruit smoothie

Ingredients:
175 ml TIANA coconut milk
400 g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 ripe apricots, peeled, stoned and chopped
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
225 g canned peach slices, drained
Fresh strawberry slices to decorate

Method:
1. Pour coconut milk into a food processor. Add the peach slices and process until combined. Add the apricots and process gently.
2. Add the strawberries and frozen banana slices and process until smooth.

Pineapple and coconut shake

Ingredients:
100 ml TIANA coconut milk
350 ml pineapple juice
150 ml vanilla ice-cream
140 g frozen pineapple chunks
2 scooped-out coconut shells (optional)

Method:
1. Pour the pineapple juice and coconut milk into a food processor. Add the ice cream and process until smooth.
2. Add frozen pineapple chunks and process well. Pour the mixture into 2 scooped-out coconut shells or tall glasses and decorate with grated coconut.

Ingredients:
150 ml TIANA coconut milk
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
400 g chocolate ice cream
Grated chocolate to decorate

Method:
1. Pour the coconut milk and chocolate syrup into a food processor and process until combined.
2. Add the chocolate ice cream, process until smooth and serve immediately.
