100 ml TIANA Premium Coconut Cream
4 Scones
Caster sugar to taste
4 tsps Strawberry jam
Method:
Split the scones in half and place a scone bottom on each serving plate. Top with a spoonful of the strawberry jam and dollop of whipped coconut cream lightly sweeten.
