Returns policy & cancellation
We guarantee that you will enjoy the quality and taste of our TIANA products.
However, should you feel it necessary to return products we guarantee you a refund or a replacement.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched your products you can notify us by e-mail to Customer Service . If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Once you receive delivery of the products, you have seven days to cancel your order subject to the following: E-mail to Customer Service within seven working days of receipt of your order and specify the products you wish to return together with Order Reference Number.
We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. All products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition together with their original packaging within seven working days.
Please make sure that you have proof of postage when sending the products back as we are not responsible for return postage or liable for lost parcel.
We will refund or replace a product which you received damaged in transit.
If there is any problem with the product delivered you must notify us by email to Customer Services within three days of the delivery. We cannot accept any return without a Returns Authorisation Number. We do ask that damaged product is returned to us unopened within seven days via Royal Mail (Recorded). We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if you fail to comply with the above terms.
