PRAWN CURRY WITH CORIANDER AND TIANA COCONUT CREAM



 
 
Prawn Curry With Coriander and TIANA Coconut Cream

Ingredients:

180 ml TIANA Premium Coconut Cream
500g medium uncooked prawns
1, 5 tablespoon peanut oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons curry powder
4 green onions, chopped
1 medium red pepper, sliced
3 sticks celery, sliced
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

 
 


Method:

  1. Heat peanut oil in large frying pan and cook garlic and curry powder.

  2. Add prawns, onion, pepper and celery and cook, stirring.

  3. Add combined cream, golden syrup and oil, stir until hot. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
