PRAWN CURRY WITH CORIANDER AND TIANA COCONUT CREAM

Ingredients:
180 ml TIANA Premium Coconut Cream
500g medium uncooked prawns
1, 5 tablespoon peanut oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons curry powder
4 green onions, chopped
1 medium red pepper, sliced
3 sticks celery, sliced
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves |

Method:
- Heat peanut oil in large frying pan and cook garlic and curry powder.
- Add prawns, onion, pepper and celery and cook, stirring.
- Add combined cream, golden syrup and oil, stir until hot. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
