100 ml TIANA Premium Coconut Cream
3 tablespoons custard sugar
500 g fresh fruits cut into pieces of your choice (bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango etc.)
Method:
Combine and whip TIANA coconut cream with custard sugar and cool in freezer.
Before serving mix up fruits with coconut milk and serve immediately.
Instead of fresh fruits you can use fruit in tin, just dry fruit well before combining with coconut cream.
