TIANA Organic desiccated coconut retains the natural flavour and aroma of fresh coconuts and is available for industrial distribution in various grades: regular cut (fine or macaroon and medium) and special cut (chips, flakes and shred), SO2 Free or with SO2.
Desiccated Coconut is used in various confectionary, cookie and bakery products such as cake and donut toppings, Danish cookies and cereal mixes; it is also used in the ice cream and diary food processing industries.
Desiccated Coconut is packed in two industrial sizes: 25 kg / 50 kg polyethylene lined multi layer Kraft paper bags.
Recommended temperature range and humidity: 15-21 Degree C at 20-50% relative humidity.
Best to use within guideline period from production date as follows:
For regular concentration - 13 months
For low concentration - 9 months
For SO2 Free - 3 months.
