are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.
For other products we work out overall cost for delivery by weight. The delivery charge includes the cost of any packaging and will be laid out in your basket when you add the products.
Orders to most addresses within the UK using our Standard Delivery service are usually delivered within 3 – 5 working days.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses of any kind.
All orders our shipped via Royal Mail and Parcel Force. For express service, please feel free to contact Customer Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided by you. You may specify a delivery address other than your home address.
The products will be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with our obligations if they are delivered to the specified address.
If you fail to accept delivery of or fail to collect the products within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to recover any wasted delivery and re-delivery charges from you or from the payment that you have already made in respect of the goods.
If your order exceeds the allowed weight we will contact you and advice the correct postage rate. Extra charges may apply for delivery to remote areas.
Delivery times are given for guidance only and we are not responsible for delays caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping to EU & Worldwide customers
The shipping cost of orders will be calculated by the weight of the products ordered and the county of delivery and presented to the buyer with the shipping charges. Send an e-mail to Customer Service advising what you would like to order and we will respond with a quotation and wait for your approval.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with Customs of their country with regard to the import permits, duties and taxes. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason we will not issue you a refund.
Important: Delivery timescale do not include any time that your country's Customs may hold the package. If you have not received your package after the allowed period, check with your Customs.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
