TIANA
COCONUT BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:
350 ml TIANA Coconut milk
1 teaspoon of soften butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
A few drops vanilla essence
6 slices bread, cut into squares
1/3 cup sultanas or raising
Extra sugar for sprinkling |

Method:
- Lightly brush the base and sides of a 20 cm (8-in) baking dish with butter, set aside. Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together in a bowl and pour in the coconut milk and a few drops of vanilla extract. Add the bread and sultanas to this mixture and set aside for 30 minutes, stirring the bread occasionally to ensure even soaking.

Place mixture into the baking dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar on the top and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into squares for serving.
